Freestyle

The freestyle is a stroke in which the swimmer is facing the bottom of the pool and swimming in a horizontal position. The legs are kicking up and down. The swimmer's arms alternate when pulling the water. During freestyle, it is best to keep your head under the water and breath rhythmically.
